How do I cancel?
Online, from your membership page — no need to call anyone.
When am I charged?
Your first month when you join, then automatically on the same day each month; the receipt is e-mailed to you.

The fine print, short and honest
- Unlimited means any day the salon has an opening; book online or with Sara.
- Blow-dries are done by our salon team, and the salon chooses your stylist.
- Your membership is for your own hair only.
- Cancel a visit free up to 24 hours before; a no-show or later cancel is $7.
- Leaving before your term ends: you repay the discount for the months used (3-month plan: one month's fee).
- After your term it continues month to month at the same price, and you can cancel any time with no fee.
- Charged monthly to your Visa or Mastercard (credit or Visa Debit); prices plus tax.
